Terms of Service

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms on your behalf. The Service is intended for individuals preparing for Indian competitive examinations.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- One natural person, one account. Sharing accounts or selling access is not permitted.
- To prevent abuse, each account is limited to a maximum of 5 registered devices. You can manage devices in app Settings → Devices.
- You must provide accurate and current information at signup. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, headless browsers) to access content, scrape questions, harvest user data, or generate fake activity.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any content, questions, mock tests, articles, or eBooks obtained through the Service.
- Upload or submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringes another’s rights, or violates Indian law.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
4. Pariksha 360 content
All questions, mock tests, articles, eBooks, study notes, analytics, and other content provided through the Service (“Pariksha 360 Content”) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Pariksha 360 Content solely for your own exam preparation, in line with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, copy, screenshot, share, or distribute Pariksha 360 Content other than through the in-app sharing features we explicitly provide.
5. User-submitted content
The Service lets you submit content such as content corrections, feedback, support requests, and (where applicable) classroom messages (“Your Content”). You retain ownership of Your Content. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, and use Your Content for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the rights to submit it.
6. Subscriptions, payments, and free trials
The Service offers a free tier and paid Pro plans. During the Public Beta period, we are not accepting payments; all signups receive Pro features at no cost during the launch promotion. When paid plans become available, the following will apply:
- Subscription prices, durations, and features will be displayed in the in-app store and on this page before purchase.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Refunds, cancellations, and renewal terms will follow the policy then in effect, communicated to you before your purchase.
- Payments will be processed by a third-party payment gateway (e.g. Razorpay, Google Play Billing). We do not store your card or banking details.
7. Free trial promotion (Public Beta)
Public-Beta signups receive 60 days of Pro features at no cost. We may end, shorten, or modify this promotion for new signups at any time without notice. Existing trial periods will be honoured for their stated duration.
8. Modifications to the Service
We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We may also stop providing the Service, in whole or in part, at our discretion. Where reasonably possible, we will give you advance notice of material changes.
9. Termination
- By you: you may delete your account at any time from app Settings → Delete Account, or via our web form. Account deletion is described in detail in our Privacy Policy §6.
- By us: we may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or use it in a way that risks the safety or experience of other users.
- On termination, your licence to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual-property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee selection in any examination, particular score outcomes, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Practice questions, mock tests, predictions, and analytics are educational aids — not substitutes for the official examination authority’s syllabus, instructions, or results. We make no warranty that content is free of error; please report inaccuracies via the in-app correction tool.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pariksha 360 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹1,000 (whichever is greater). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party services such as Google Sign-In, Google Calendar (optional), Firebase, and Sentry. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Google API services are used in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements (see Privacy Policy §13).
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Patna, Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service, subject to the rights granted to you as a consumer under applicable Indian consumer-protection law.
14. Grievance redressal
Under India’s Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may contact our grievance officer at [email protected] with the subject line “Grievance”. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and respond within 30 days.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app on next launch and reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
