These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pariksha 360 Android application and website at pariksha360.app (together, the "Service") operated by Pariksha 360 ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms on your behalf. The Service is intended for individuals preparing for Indian competitive examinations.
You agree not to:
All questions, mock tests, articles, eBooks, study notes, analytics, and other content provided through the Service ("Pariksha 360 Content") are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Pariksha 360 Content solely for your own exam preparation, in line with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, copy, screenshot, share, or distribute Pariksha 360 Content other than through the in-app sharing features we explicitly provide.
The Service lets you submit content such as content corrections, feedback, support requests, and (where applicable) classroom messages ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, and use Your Content for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the rights to submit it.
The Service offers a free tier and paid Pro plans. During the Public Beta period, we are not accepting payments; all signups receive Pro features at no cost during the launch promotion. When paid plans become available, the following will apply:
Public-Beta signups receive 60 days of Pro features at no cost. We may end, shorten, or modify this promotion for new signups at any time without notice. Existing trial periods will be honoured for their stated duration.
We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We may also stop providing the Service, in whole or in part, at our discretion. Where reasonably possible, we will give you advance notice of material changes.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee selection in any examination, particular score outcomes, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Practice questions, mock tests, predictions, and analytics are educational aids — not substitutes for the official examination authority's syllabus, instructions, or results. We make no warranty that content is free of error; please report inaccuracies via the in-app correction tool.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pariksha 360 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹1,000 (whichever is greater). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
The Service integrates with third-party services such as Google Sign-In, Google Calendar (optional), Firebase, and Sentry. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Google API services are used in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements (see Privacy Policy §13).
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Patna, Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service, subject to the rights granted to you as a consumer under applicable Indian consumer-protection law.

We will acknowledge within 24 hours and respond within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app on next launch and reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
