1. हम कौन हैं और हमसे संपर्क कैसे करें

किसी भी privacy से जुड़े सवाल, request, या शिकायत के लिए:

• Email: [email protected]
• Grievance officer: उसी email पर subject “Grievance” डालकर संपर्क करें; DPDP Act के तहत ज़रूरी 30 दिनों के भीतर हम जवाब देते हैं।

2. हम कौन सा data collect करते हैं

2.1 वो जानकारी जो आप हमें देते हैं

• नाम और email — signup पर ज़रूरी। इनसे आपका account पहचाना जाता है, app में आपको address किया जाता है, और password reset व ज़रूरी account notifications भेजे जाते हैं।
• फ़ोन नंबर — optional। OTP verification और parent/guardian notifications (अगर आप उन्हें configure करते हैं) के लिए इस्तेमाल होता है।
• Demographics (gender, city, state, exam category) — optional, आपकी profile में set होते हैं। Cohort-level analytics और relevant exam categories सुझाने के लिए इस्तेमाल होते हैं। कभी बेचे या advertisers के साथ share नहीं किए जाते।
• Document scans — सिर्फ़ तभी जब आप app के अंदर document scanner इस्तेमाल करें। Scan की गई file आपके account के तहत हमारे servers पर OCR/categorization के लिए store होती है।
• Google account की जानकारी — सिर्फ़ तभी जब आप Sign in with Google चुनें। हमें Google से आपका नाम, email address, profile picture URL, और Google account identifier (OAuth sub) मिलता है। इनका इस्तेमाल सिर्फ़ आपका Pariksha 360 account बनाने/पहचानने और आपकी profile भरने के लिए होता है। Sign-in के लिए हम कोई और Google scope request नहीं करते। हमारा Limited Use disclosure §13 में देखें।
• Google Calendar data — सिर्फ़ तभी जब आप Calendar Sync के लिए opt in करें। आपकी स्पष्ट सहमति से हम https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar scope request करते हैं और आपके Google account में “Pariksha 360 Study Plan” नाम का एक dedicated calendar बनाते हैं। हम study-plan events उसी calendar में लिखते हैं; आपके बाकी calendars से events नहीं पढ़ते। आप कभी भी app Settings → Calendar Sync से disconnect कर सकते हैं, जिससे हमारा token revoke हो जाता है और आगे कोई writes नहीं होतीं। §13 देखें।

2.2 वो जानकारी जो app अपने आप collect करता है

• Device identifier। हम एक stable device identifier बनाते हैं (Android की installation ID + hardware fingerprint से) और इसका इस्तेमाल per-account device limits (हर user के लिए ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा 5 devices) लागू करने और account abuse / multi-trial fraud पकड़ने के लिए करते हैं। App uninstall करके फिर से install करने पर यह identifier reset हो जाता है।
• Signup और email verification के समय का IP address — security audit के मक़सद से record किया जाता है।
• App activity — आप कौन से questions attempt करते हैं, क्या पढ़ते हैं, screen views, study sessions पर बिताया गया समय। सही अगला topic सुझाने, progress track करने, और Bayesian Knowledge Tracing model से mastery compute करने के लिए इस्तेमाल होता है।
• Crash और diagnostic data — stack traces, device model, OS version। Firebase Crashlytics और Sentry को भेजा जाता है। इसमें आपकी account ID शामिल होती है ताकि अगर आप कोई problem report करें तो हम crash को आपके account से जोड़ सकें।
• Push notification token — जब आप notifications allow करते हैं तो Firebase Cloud Messaging इसे issue करता है। सिर्फ़ study reminders और exam से जुड़े pushes भेजने के लिए इस्तेमाल होता है।

2.3 वो जानकारी जो हम नहीं collect करते

• सटीक (precise) या approximate location।
• हमारे app द्वारा camera या microphone access (document scanner एक अलग Google Play Services process में चलता है जो सिर्फ़ scan का result लौटाता है)।
• Contacts, calendar, SMS, या call logs।
• Advertising ID — हमारे app build में इसे साफ़ तौर पर suppress किया गया है।
• Web browsing history।

3. हम आपके data का इस्तेमाल कैसे करते हैं

• Service देना — content render करना, आपकी progress save करना, आपके devices में sync करना।
• Learning को personalise करना — topics सुझाना, कमज़ोर areas सामने लाना, revisions schedule करना।
• Account security — device limits लागू करना, abuse पकड़ना, नए sign-ins के alerts भेजना।
• आपसे संवाद करना — password resets, exam updates, study reminders (आप app Settings में किसी भी notification category को disable कर सकते हैं)।
• समस्याओं का निदान — crashes और performance issues की जांच करना।

4. हम data किसके साथ share करते हैं

हम आपका data third parties को नहीं बेचते। हम आपका personal data advertisers के साथ share नहीं करते।

5. Data कहाँ store होता है और हम इसे कैसे सुरक्षित रखते हैं

• सारा API traffic transit में encrypted होता है (HTTPS/TLS) हमारे Caddy edge के ज़रिए।
• Backend database भारत में एक private server पर है।
• आपके local device का data (downloaded content, BKT cache) आपके फ़ोन पर एक encrypted SQLite database (SQLCipher) में store होता है, जिसकी encryption key Android Keystore में रहती है।
• Authentication tokens flutter_secure_storage (Android Keystore) का इस्तेमाल करके store होते हैं।
• Optional App Lock आपके device के biometric या PIN का इस्तेमाल करता है।
• हम Android Auto Backup को disable रखते हैं ताकि आपका account data आपके Google Drive में copy न हो — आपकी authoritative copy हमारे servers पर रहती है।

6. हम आपका data कितने समय तक रखते हैं

• Active account: जब तक आप हमसे इसे delete करने को न कहें।
• Deletion request के बाद: आपका account 30 दिनों में permanent removal के लिए mark हो जाता है। इस दौरान आप वापस sign in करके account restore कर सकते हैं। 30 दिनों बाद एक daily job आपका नाम, email, फ़ोन, devices, BKT mastery, notes, bookmarks, और बाकी personal information को permanently हटा देती है। आपका answer history और study telemetry anonymised कर दिया जाता है (किसी identity से नहीं जुड़ा रहता) ताकि हम बिना आपकी पहचान रखे question-quality के aggregate statistics बनाए रख सकें।
• Logs और backups: 30-दिन के cycle पर roll और purge होते हैं।

7. DPDP Act, 2023 के तहत आपके अधिकार

आपको ये अधिकार हैं:

• हमारे पास मौजूद आपके personal data को access करना — email करें [email protected]।
• ग़लत data को correct करना — ज़्यादातर fields app Settings → Edit Profile में edit की जा सकती हैं।
• अपना account erase करना — app के अंदर Settings → Delete Account से, या हमारे web form से।
• किसी भी optional data processing (notifications, analytics, calendar sync) के लिए सहमति वापस लेना (withdraw consent) — app Settings में toggle करें।
• शिकायत दर्ज करना (grievance) — subject “Grievance” के साथ हमें email करें; ज़रूरत के मुताबिक हम 30 दिनों के भीतर जवाब देते हैं।

8. बच्चे

हमारी service 13 साल या उससे ज़्यादा उम्र के users के लिए है। हम जानबूझकर 13 साल से कम उम्र के बच्चों से personal data collect नहीं करते। अगर आपको लगता है कि 13 साल से कम उम्र के किसी बच्चे ने हमें personal data दिया है, तो हमसे संपर्क करें और हम वह account delete कर देंगे।

9. Push notifications

आप कभी भी अपने device Settings से या app Settings → Notifications से push notifications बंद कर सकते हैं। इन्हें disable करने से बाकी किसी functionality पर असर नहीं पड़ता।

11. इस policy में बदलाव

हम इस page पर कोई भी update post करेंगे और “Last updated” तारीख को update करेंगे। बड़े बदलाव (data की नई categories जो हम collect करते हैं, नए third-party processors) अगली बार app खोलने पर app में बताए जाएंगे।

13. Google API Services — Limited Use disclosure

Google APIs से मिली जानकारी के इस्तेमाल में Pariksha 360, Google API Services User Data Policy का पालन करता है, जिसमें Limited Use requirements भी शामिल हैं। खासतौर पर:

• हम Google user data का इस्तेमाल सिर्फ़ Pariksha 360 app में प्रमुख user-facing features देने और बेहतर बनाने के लिए करते हैं — यानी Sign in with Google (account identification) और optional Google Calendar Sync (आपके authorise किए हुए calendar में study-plan events लिखना)।
• हम Google user data को third parties को transfer नहीं करते, सिवाय उन user-facing features को देने या बेहतर बनाने के लिए ज़रूरी होने पर, लागू कानून का पालन करने के लिए, या merger, acquisition, या assets की बिक्री के हिस्से के तौर पर (आपको सूचना देकर)।
• हम Google user data का इस्तेमाल advertisements दिखाने के लिए नहीं करते, जिसमें retargeting, personalised advertising, या interest-based advertising शामिल है।
• हम इंसानों को आपका Google user data पढ़ने की अनुमति नहीं देते, सिवाय इसके कि आपकी specific data के लिए स्पष्ट सहमति हो, security purposes के लिए ज़रूरी हो (जैसे abuse की जांच), लागू कानून का पालन करने के लिए हो, या data aggregate किया गया हो और लागू privacy obligations के अनुरूप internal operations के लिए इस्तेमाल हो रहा हो।

आप कभी भी myaccount.google.com/permissions पर, या app Settings → Calendar Sync (Calendar के लिए) और Settings → Delete Account (Google Sign-In linkage के लिए) से अपने Google account data तक हमारी access वापस ले सकते हैं।

14. सेवा की शर्तें (Terms of Service)

Service का आपका इस्तेमाल हमारी सेवा की शर्तों से भी governed होता है।
