You can permanently delete your Pariksha 360 account and the personal data we hold about you. There are two ways to do this.
This is the recommended path. Self-serve, takes under a minute, no waiting.
Use this form if you cannot access the app (for example, you uninstalled it without deleting your account first). Submit the email address that is registered with your account. We process every web request within 7 calendar days and email you a confirmation.
When the deletion completes (after the 30-day grace window), the following data is permanently removed:
We keep your answer history and study session telemetry, but we sever the link to your identity (the user-ID column is set to empty). This lets us continue to compute aggregate question-quality and item-difficulty statistics for the benefit of all learners, without retaining anything that identifies you.
For 30 days after you submit a deletion request, signing in to your account restores it. This protects you from accidental or pressured deletion. After 30 days, a daily background job carries out the permanent removal described above; this step cannot be reversed.
Push notifications stop immediately when you submit a deletion request, and all your registered devices are signed out within minutes. The 30-day grace applies only to the data; access to the app is revoked at the moment you submit the request.
